As society becomes more aware of our environmental impacts associated with suburban living more people are seeking a lifestyle that allows access to public transportation and a more urban environment. Gone, however, are the days of hard, cold urban environments. Society is seeking livable and inviting urban spaces in which to live, play and work.

Through the combined efforts of our land use and transportation planners, civil engineers, and landscape architects we have designed just such spaces throughout our 25-year history. This has included mixed-use commercial/residential developments, urban parks, and streetscapes.

Our current project work includes an example of this in the Harbor Point development in Stamford, CT. This is the largest urban renewal project in the Northeast. For more information about this project, click here.
